With the bucket sand.
They will then use it to mark their low crawl
Those who show up early will have to take a bucket and run out to the surf, fill it with sand and return. After lap 0 I will roll a 12 sided dice. If the number rolls between 1-x, where x is the number of those who did the early bird challenge, we will begin lap 1. Otherwise they will have to do lap 0 again.
The cadre received a message from one of the candidates that they were no longer doing the T3 due to the intense cold. After some long talks and some wise words spoken, he is back into the game to face his demons. Where the mind goes, the body will follow.
People's nerves are relatively calm, though there is a lingering nervousness about everybody. Nevertheless it's time to attempt some sleep.
Everybody is doing their best to stay warm. Consider it male bonding.
Founder Ben is finally here! The temperature has plummeted but we're all hanging out and spirits are high. Still need to make a supply run.
The cadre have set up their camp and the others have started joining. So far john and Nate are at their campsites. The seal instructors have gathered and finalized the schedule. The T3 live updates have officially begun.
One week ago, the class size was 18. As of now, it is down to 10. Various excuses, no matter how legitimate or over-inflated have come pouring in and now the class has been almost cut in half before the rucks have been fastened on. It is clear that the phrase "it sounded like a good idea at the time" will be the motto for this event!
When the final finisher picture gets posted, nobody will remember the post by the regretful person saying they wish they had made it - but everybody will remember those who triumphed. No matter the outcome, some real champions are going to be made tomorrow.
The team will have until Friday at 3pm to unlock their perks. After that the points get evenly distributed to each teammate and they are redeemable for PT relief at the event. 46 is the total for the team at this time.
Also, the bonus is still active and available if two more people register for the class. Registration closes at midnight on Friday. Good luck.
Those who are in the T3 BUD/S class should be tapering off this week from any intense workouts while stuffing their faces with plenty of nutrition. Therefore this last challenge will be more teamwork oriented than anything else. So let's make something together. Here is what the class must now do:
The cadre may have infiltrated the secret Facebook group that the team has created, so his confidence in the team's ability to create this grand drawing is boundless.
Tonight is the last night you can pull out of the event. Any time past tonight means you can't get a refund.
Alright T3 BattleFrog class, listen up. It's well known that the T3 has a lap in which you run six miles. So it should be a no-brainer that a similar challenge is issued. So let's get to the rules:
- Recorded distance must be a run no less than six miles. No breaks or pauses in the run. Reward for completion is one point.
- No penalty for not completing the challenge, but the cadre always know who did and did not complete it..
- You may do 13 miles in one run for double the points.
- Do your run on the beach and you get an additional point.
- Challenge due 4 December 10:00pm.
- Your cadre is on a boat right now. This is neat.
