Lap two begins!

63 minute time hack to run 6 miles on the road. Sounds easy, but they did water PT and 750 burpees beforehand!

For every minute they are over the timehack, they have to do a set of penalty exercises.

You'll run past the regular and primitive campsite, then you'll find the 1.5mi mark on the road. Don't worry, you should also have somebody parked at this spot handing out water. If you want easy water, you better take care of that red Solo cup…

Perks

The team has redeemed a total of 50 points to unlock 2 stress card perks and one point booster. 18 points remain and have been evenly distributed to each member with the odd remnants going to those who registered first. As of now, 15 registered and 13 are intending on showing up.

There will be different modes of the dice roll exercises. Here is your levels of difficulty and the exercises tied to them.

Dice Roll – Easy Mode

1-     Fifteen 8-count bodybuilders

2 – 10 dive-bomb pushups

3 – 25 wide grip pushups

4 – 15 diamond pushups

5 – 20 four-count mountain climbers

6 – 20 seven-count man-makers

7 – Lose one point

8 – 15 burpee squats

9 – Nothing!

10 – Bear-crawls

11 – 25 four-count flutter kicks

12 – 20 ruck-squats.

13 – 20 burpees.  Gain a point

14 – Nothing!  But the next dice roll penalty gets doubled.

15 – Ten 8-count bodybuilders

16 – Dice roll vs the cadre.  Win and do nothing.  Lose and do 20 burpees

17 – 40 four-count jumping jacks

18 – Reverse crab-walk

19 – One perfect ruck push-up.  Pretend it’s hard to do.

20 – Cadre does 15 burpees.  Laugh at him to gain a point!
