Heading back to the beach

Lap three is wrapping up soon. They're now heading to the beach for a relay competition.  They'll get a quick break during the walk to eat and drink for five minutes.  

 

Some people are starting to bonk out, nutrition has been ignored and they're paying the price right now.

Long hike to the camp area

Phone signal is weak over here, so updates may be sparse. There are campground loops here. Once they approach a campground, one sprinter (the person who rolls a six), will run the loop while everybody else is in a hold position such as plank, squat, overhead press, etc.

Time to go to camp!

Carrying heavy stuff for a while over to do campground sprints. More info on that later!

Time to play!

They bet five points to d20 roll against the instructor. They lost three times. As a result, they do bearcrawl soccer with a rucksack on. First to three points wins!

They left the soccer ball. So half the team runs back to get it while the other half gets the course designed.

Time for the long hike back up to the park

From there they're going to the campsites for some Sprint exercises. It's a long hike carrying lots of stuff, and if they start slacking...casualties will occur.  They're already carrying a lot of stuff as it is.  

 

Naturally, this is the lap that trains people for team events like GORUCK or TDR.  Listen to each other and figure it out.
