next they're doing flutter kicks in the surf. Then they low crawl back out to their rucks set where they are. It's starting off miserable as hell.
20 minute break
The team is enjoying their halftime break. Lap three is going to start off intense, as it always does. This is going to be the start of when people truly ask themselves "why the hell am I out here"...

No penalties. Amazing run speed. One person wants to quit but they're deciding it during the 20 minute halftime break.

24 minutes in. Five laps of a 1.2 mile course with an 80 minute time hack.

Six violations
Another failed lightning exercise. They must now do six bucket dice roll exercises!

Lightning!!
Three people completely screwed up the exercise. So that is a total of four buckets so far.
. What is lightning? whenever the instructor screams out lightning, the team must sit in the proper pose one must sit when a lightning strike is imminent.
Time for the give team 15
15 exercises for a minute each for 15 minutes. Gotta warm them up!
Carousel Burpees
We're in familiar T3 territory, at Anastasia Park. Neil is having them do dowel-rod burpees, then moving to the right. Faces are in the dirt and it's REALLY funny!

Bucket brigade!
Marching inland. They're then going to stand in a circle and do a dowel rod burpee, move to the bucket to their right and rotate around. They'll be given the option to dump the buckets over themselves for points and relief at the next challenge - the line of buckets all over again.
