This next challenge teaches coordination and control, which is a must for any aspiring OCR athlete. If you don't know what eight count bodybuilders are, use the vast expanse of knowledge known as the internet to figure it out. Here are the rules:
- Total count: 25
- No time limit
- Finish your 25 and earn a point
- Finish all 25 without taking more than a one second break in between sets to earn an additional point
- Challenge due by 1pm this Saturday
- Those doing these at the Team Regiment Water PT session will earn an additional point.
