The heat is real

The terrible twenty is still going on and they are dying right now in the heat!  Not a good condition to be in before running six miles on the beach...  

Regarding the the beach run. They have to complete the run in a 10:30/mi pace. Since they unlocked the swift feet perk in their online challenges, they now have to finish at a 12:30/mi pace. Not bad right?  Except that they must make a video at the 3mi point with everybody at the marker. So the first three will be done at the slowest pace!
