Reverse bearcrawl up!
Reverse bearcrawl up!
Seven out of eight laps we're done. A dice was rolled to determine the makeup exercise.
1-2 meant water treading
3-4 meant drown proofing
5-6 meant laps
Dice rolled a six. After this they will begin lap 1 - feats of strength.
The team must have a total of eight laps swam underwater (one lap is NOT back and forth in this case) without coming up for air. Anybody who continues past one lap underwater can be credited towards another swimmer who can't get one lap in.
The team will answer a trivia question. Answer correctly and they can jumpstart their entry into the pool.
Ten back and forth laps in the pool. When they finish a lap they must get out and do a burpee for the amount of laps they just completed.
Hands and feet tied, they bob to the bottom and back up 15 times.
Some are ruling at it. Others... Not so much.
They must reverse bearcrawl up
Treading water without arms, swimming laps and drown proofing up next
Lowest bib number was 146. Two count jumping jacks with the ruck.
They were slow to get ready so they got punished, but bibs are distributed and they're ready for lap 0, the water PT!
Leo starts off with 20 points. Absolutely crazy. Gear check and admin begins in 11 mins.
He looks bored, in fact. 14 points earned so far.
Leo is showing his strong points! He's held position for six minutes now
Leo is still holding out like a boss. 2:45 held so far.
So the optional bonus lap begins at 9:42. This will be a test of endurance right off the bat. Those who choose to partake in the challenge will have to be in the push-up/plank position. After one minute, they earn a point. For every 30 seconds after that, they earn an extra point. This is an individual challenge and no help is permitted. After that is gear check, admin stuff and then the water PT.
