Drown proofing.  

They must simulate their legs and wrists being tied together as they sink to the bottom and back up for a total of three minutes.  The duration of their drown proofing will increase the more people fail.  

For now, the team is wrapping up their laps in the pool and their bear crawls around the perimeter.  

Laps and burpees

Half the team does ten laps in the pool, the other half does water burpees and bear crawls.  Then they switch.

Getting ready for water PT now.  This is going to be brutal since the team is totally smoked from the last two laps 

Eight minute break

The team is getting ready for their six mile run. The time hack is an average team pace of 10:00/mi. For every four seconds the team average is over that, they must do a burpee. 

Elephant walks

Walking back to the checkpoint where they'll conclude the first lap and get ready for their six mile run for lap two.
