Now they choose leg lifts. It sounds like someone pooped their pants.
They keep choosing leg exercises. They should switch since they have a 6 mile run soon. Oh well. I think we will see tears soon.

Adam rolled the dice for a 1. Neil rolled for 6. If they win the roll, they are ruckless. He chose to lead the group in squats.

After 15 minutes, they're still doing seal crawls. A few people are starting to show the 'why am I here ' face!
