Operation complete.

Now time for some flutter kicks in the lake. The signature of every camaraderie lap. They will be doing 45 four count flutter kicks.

They will start by playing a game of operation. They must stay in the pushup position while one person tries to play. You must do 5 pushups to do one attempt. This might take a while... 

They get to cool off in the water after with some lovely flutter kicks.

at first they were in disbelief. Most of them have accepted it now.  A few have even finished their 195 already.

One person has had to drop. It was the same one who passed out at the shoulder carry. It was a wise decision.

They just started lap 2. Six one mile loops to be run.

Here's what's going to happen. 

 

They will be running a one mile loop that goes through and around a neighborhood six times. There will be a water station at the loop. Average pace of the team must be 945/MI. For every second the team is over the average, they must all do 1 burpee.
