The teams must now do water burpees, bear crawls and 10 pool laps all over again. After that they will be given 4 minutes to be at the checkpoint with their rucks on, ready to begin the hell that is lap 1 - the feats of strength.
One half does water burpees, the other half swims laps and does more drown proofing.
