Do it again

The teams must now do water burpees, bear crawls and 10 pool laps all over again. After that they will be given 4 minutes to be at the checkpoint with their rucks on, ready to begin the hell that is lap 1 - the feats of strength.

The current has brought the team off course in the lake. Once they finish their swim they will get into the pool for navy seal water exercises:
