The current has brought the team off course in the lake. Once they finish their swim they will get into the pool for navy seal water exercises:

They must first set their rucksack equidistant from each other. They must then lay down in the pool holding their emergency cards out and not say a single word for 15 minutes. The card can't get wet.

The temperature and breeze is perfect. There should be no reason for anyone to complain. Except for these buckets. People are going to complain about the buckets.

Dear crazy eight,
You must be in swimming gear at 9am. If you're still fiddling around with goggles and pool noodles at 9am, you're swimming in the lake with your shoes on plus whatever you're wearing at 9am.
If you intend on doing the bonus lap at 8:30am, you must be pool ready by 8:30am.

Trivia unlock
The April 16th class has unlocked trivia. This only applies to the 16th class, since there will be a different subject for the 30th.
The trivia subject will be a slight repeat of a past T3. The subject will be American history, government and geography.
Speaking of geography... as a hidden bonus, since this perk was unlocked...
There will be no geography test for the April 16th class.
