Beach party
The team is heading over to the beach to do some nightmarish pt. This is where people usually quit.
Lap 1 begins
Rucks over the head and to the beach
Attention to detail, teamwork is key
20 ruck push-ups. They would have done 40 if they failed their online challenges.
Got a message for the aspiring elites?
I will forward it to them! Comment below.
Once again....
They vote to do lap 0 again for a poker chip. We have a puker already!
They lose the roll...
Rob rolled a 2/20 and I rolled a 12/12 on my dice. They must do lap 0 all over again. Sucks to be them....
Low crawls
They just got started and they're already moaning
Lap 0 begins
Duckwalks, burpees, low crawls, rolls, bear crawls.
Stand on one foot while we weigh your ruck
64lbs is the heaviest ruck
Down to 8 now
One got sick the night before and won't be there. The DNS list grows to 6 now. 8 remain. It begins now.
Before they're destroyed
They're even smiling!
The cadre have arrived
1:21pm. Cadre have set up camp and now await the early comers.
One more down
The list of DNS increases to 5. Only 9 remain. Then again.. there are always the few who stop by at the last minute to inflate the class size.
Of the original 14, 10 remain
Everybody has their own reasons for not showing, some more legit than the others. So far of the 14 who have paid for their registration, four have already backed out (DNS). 10 now remain.
The St. Augustine T3 updates have begun
Even though the current class of 11 will face their trials at 0630 this Saturday, there will be periodic updates on this page about the event setup and perhaps some hints for the class to go by. It'll be an exciting event!
Let's see if you're paying attention
The first person to share the link of this update on the regiment facebook group page will earn 2 burpee points towards the St. Augustine T3.
You're skimming through here to get some hints as to what to expect, which is smart. Your intellegence shall be rewarded.
